2. Gather these documents:
- All W-2s from all
employers for the last two years (or two years’ tax returns)
- Pay stubs from all
employers for the last two pay periods
- Bank account
statements for the last two months
- If renting, cancelled
rent checks for past twelve months
- Any other pertinent
income/debt related documents suggested by your
loan officer
3. Your loan officer will
contact you to update you on the status of your buying power.
